Please note, this is only to cancel a subscription with TrueAccord Engage. If you would like to change an existing payment plan, you will need to contact your collector or creditor directly.

If you're seeing charges from "TrueAccord" in your bank account and you do not have a subscription with TrueAccord Engage, they may be related to a debt placed with our sister company, TrueAccord Corp. You will need to contact them directly for any questions.
