Communications sent through Engage are communications from consumers and should be treated as such. You can simply respond to the communications directly to the consumer as you would normally, by sending an email, letter, or making a phone call.
Consumers explicitly agree to be contacted at the channels indicated in each request including a mailing address and email.
Consumers opt-in to TrueAccord Engage and in doing so, agree to be contacted by TrueAccord Engage and any third parties. You can review the Terms of Service to which consumers agree here.
