When a consumer generates a request through Engage, that request will be resent to collectors or creditors every two weeks until the consumer, creditor, or collector confirms that it has been handled.
If you believe you have already handled a case or are no longer servicing an account, you can fill out the form at the top of the Engage email or email us at support@trueaccord.com with the case number (in the header for emails & in the footer for letters).
