Communications sent through Engage are generated by consumers, and should be treated like any other communications from consumers. Consumers can currently send offers, disputes, and stop calls requests through Engage.
Each request will contain the necessary information for you to identify the consumer and the debt. To respond, you can email, mail, or call the consumer as appropriate with the info that will be provided in the request.
